The only time you will see your cost change, is if YOU decide to add or subtract from the initial layout during the quote. Which is fine we are very flexible, but when we give you a price for design and development, it is a one time charge that will not vary.
What We Do....
Complete design and development - This entails a complete website from start to finish. All aspects of content and design as well as any of the back end workings of a website.
Handle Updates - This entails updating the website when ever changes are needed.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) - This entails properly using the meta tags, labels, headings and content text to best optimize it's ability for search engines to pick up the site and allow it to slowly rise to the top of the search engines.
Template Creation - This entails a custom template (aka shell) for the client to be able to use as their jump off point to add content to each of the website pages. Available to create new pages as needed.
Template Updates - This is needed on most of the custom templates, when they want to add links to their menu or a major change in business names, addresses, phone, email, etc.
Use Existing Design added Content Updates - This is when a client wants to keep their website's design but do not have the time to update content within the site itself.
Use Existing Design recreated for Template - This is an option for clients that again want to keep their design but do not want to have to keep their existing method of adding content or pages as they are currently having to do.
All Listings - This is a service that Blue Creek Technology, Inc. developed to meet a need in the real estate market around the Lake Anna area. Since the cookie cutter sites would not allow them to add body of water in a search, this makes it very hard for people searching for real estate in the Lake Anna area to pin point Lake Anna homes and land.
Lake Anna Maps - This is another development by Blue Creek Technology, Inc. to address a specialized area that spans three counties. To list sub-divisions, schools, services and even a map in conjunction with the Aux Coast Guard Unit for Lake Anna.
